|8.||Income Tax Returns (with computation of income): Last Three Years, Balance Sheet & Profit & loss account- Certified Copy for previous 3 years, Business proof- ST Registration/ Gomastha License|
|9.||Copy of VAT, Service Tax, SSI, SME, Shops and Establishment Registration etc. if any of each of the borrowers (Applicable only in case of Business/Professional/Self employed borrowers).|
|10.||In case of commercial vehicle loans, the quotation from the authorized dealer along with the DSCR calculations is required to be submitted.|

|VALUATION||IN CASE OF READY POSSESION FLATS/SECOND SALE OF PROPERTY THE SAID PROPERTY IS SUBJECT TO VALUATION FROM THE BANK APPROVED ARCHITECT|
|ONCE THE LOAN IS SANCTIONED THEN:|
