7) Letter from the Institution regarding non availability of hostel facility
8) Two Passport size photographs of the Applicant, Co -applicant and Guarantor
9) Net-worth Statements - Details of Assets and Liabilities of Borrower/s & Guarantor
10) Passport & Visa (In case of study abroad)
11) Admission letter & I-20 from issued by Foreign Institution. (In case of study abroad)
12) Security Related Documents if immovable property is offered as security
Documents of title for property and/ or the entire link documents evidencing title of the property, i.e. Sale Deed and earlier title deeds.
Latest property Tax-paid receipts.
Title Clearance, valuation of property to be done through branch from panel advocate / Valuer, Cost is to be born by applicant.
Copy of Approved Plan and Building Licence
Copy of Occupancy Certificate issued by the local authority.
13) Income Proof, if any of Co applicant such as Salary slip/IT Return (last 3 years)etc.
14) Affidavit to the effect that NO education loans are availed/out standing with other Banks/Institutions
15) Where the applicant is gainfully employed, copy of acceptance of resignation letter or study leave sanction letter

TITLE & SEARCH 0F THE PROPOSED PROPERTY: THE TITLE OF THE SECURITY THUS OFFERED IS SCRUTINISED BY BANK’S ADVOCATE
VALUATION IN CASE OF READY POSSESION FLATS/SECOND SALE OF PROPERTY THE SAID PROPERTY IS SUBJECT TO VALUATION FROM THE BANK APPROVED ARCHITECT
PAYMENT OF STAMP DUTY FOR DISBURSMENT OF LOAN: CERTAIN BANK DOCUMENTS ARE TO BE STAMPED BEFORE THE LOAN IS DISBURSED AND THE SAID STAMPING IS DONE BY: FRANKING, E-PAYMENT, E-CHALLAN, E-SBTR
ONCE THE FRANKING IS DONE THEN ALL THE DOCUMENTS ARE TO BE SIGNED BY THE BORROWERS.
ALL THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS PERTAINING TO THE PROPERTY IS TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE BANK .
LOAN DISBURSAL AND ENTRY IN CERSAI BY THE BANK
NOTICE OF INTIMATION (ONLY IN THE STATE OF MAHARASHTRA) IT IS A PROCEDURE WHERE IN EACH MORTGAGE CREATED BY THE BANK HAS TO BE INTIMATED TO THE RESPECTIVE SUB-REGISTRARA WHERE THE PROPERTY IS REGISTERED, WHICH ATTARACTS CERTAIN COST TO BE BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER.

Time Frame Required For The Entire Procedure

Normally All Banks Take Around 1 Week To 2 Weeks For Sanction Of The Loan If All The Papers Are In Place.
